The office of the Clerk of Superior Court performs a wide range of record keeping, information management and financial management functions in the judicial system. April Garrett has served as Clerk of Superior Court since 2008 and manages the Superior and Juvenile courts.
Our office provides services in the areas of Criminal, Civil, Juvenile, Real & Personal Property filings, Intangible Tax Collections, Notaries, Trade Names, Military Discharges, Fifas & Liens, Court Ordered Child Support, and Jury Management.

Take Exit 39 from I-75. If traveling SOUTH, turn left. If traveling NORTH, turn right. Go through 2 red lights. At 3rd red light, turn left onto Hutchinson Ave/Hwy 41. The courthouse is in the 2nd block on the right. The Cook County Courthouse is a two-story white block building.
